Bonefish Grill . . . A Favorite in Palm Beach Gardens

Bonefish Grill is one of PB Girls Dine’s very favorite restaurants, and is nestled on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. We actually watched the moving trucks come and go in preparation for the long-awaited opening in early August of 2017!

This Bonefish Grill setting is absolutely lovely with attractive mood lighting, elegant textures throughout, and the finest in upscale restaurant decór. A gorgeous bar area has comfortable high tops plus booth seating, just right for their famous Happy Hours.

PB Girls Dine embarked on our dining experience sipping a delightful La Terre Pinot Grigio from California. You might want to sample one of the excellent specialty cocktails . . . maybe a Modern Mojito or The Mule.

As we skimmed the extensive menu, we already knew we had to have the Bonefish House Salad with Shrimp. If you’ve never ordered this particular salad, you are truly missing out! It’s a to-die-for mix of the finest in greens, hearts of palm, Kalamata olives and tomatoes with Bonefish’s unique, super-secret citrus herb vinaigrette. Top it with shrimp, chicken or salmon, and have it as a salad or entrée. It’s Delicious with a capital D!

The Maryland Crab Cakes appetizer includes two jumbo lump crab cakes served with a red remoulade sauce. The pan-seared Wagyu beef and ginger potstickers appetizer is another great start-up choice.

The fresh Haddock was tasty and served with broccoli and Jasmine rice. The fish offerings are plentiful, cooked to perfection on a wood grill, and change regularly based on availability. We’re ordering the Chilean Sea Bass on our next visit!

PB Girls Dine concluded this fine feast with a dessert like no other: Jen’s Jamaican Coconut Pie. Sink into the creamy coconut custard pie with Myers’s Rum sauce adorned with fresh whipped cream, and you’ll be in Heaven!

The service is typical Bonefish wonderful. We had the most attentive servers on our recent visits. Managers Jeremy Sartwell and Kristin Stanley stopped by to greet us and know how to run state-of-the art dining in Palm Beach Gardens!

Check out the Hooked-on-Tuesday menu for great specials. Be sure to register online with Dine Rewards to get specials and, best of all, 50% off your 4th visit to Bonefish Grill!

Angle Restaurant at Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa . . . Truly Exquisite Dining

Located in Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, Angle Restaurant is a stellar contemporary American restaurant featuring the best of  farm-to-table. PB Girls Dine had the pleasure of a recent visit. Chef de Cuisine Manlee Siu created an outstanding dinner for our guests and we were delighted to have this talented Chef visit our table to chat after dinner.

The restaurant interior is absolutely magnificent . . . a perfect setting for an intimate party, romantic dinner, or simply a fantastic dining experience.

Our sommelier Tim presented the wine list and we chose Sonoma Loeb Chardonnay and La Fiera Pinot Grigio, enjoying every sip in our Schott Zwiesel wine glasses. (Aren’t they the best?) Our server Eric was most attentive and described the menu highlights in detail.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Berkshire Pork Belly appetizer, and fresh garden salad. One of our guests sampled the Seasonal Vegetable Harvest, a beautiful vegetable plate with cauliflower purée, mushrooms, asparagus and quinoa. Our entrées included Florida Snapper, impeccably prepared with corn fennel cream and black eyed peas, and Creekstone Farms Rib Eye Steak with roasted fingerling potatoes and rosemary.

Our dessert was indescribably good . . . a refreshing assortment of fruit sorbets and “Choc Eau Late,” cocoa nib crusted marquise, brownie cake with fudge ice cream and caramel-infused milk chocolate mousse.

If you are looking for one of the most elegant and romantic restaurants in Palm Beach County, go no further. From the finest in cuisine, service and atmosphere, Angle Restaurant has it all and is eau-so-good!

The Cooper Restaurant . . . Unforgettable Farm-to-Table Dining

Step into the world of The Cooper Restaurant on PGA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens and be prepared for a spectacular dining experience from start to finish. PB Girls Dine had a truly memorable lunch party on a Friday afternoon. We patted ourselves on the back for choosing The Cooper for a special birthday celebration. And here’s why . . .

The Cooper Restaurant features the finest and freshest of ingredients sourced whenever possible from local farms, food artisans, small-batch distillers and craft brewers. The seasonal menu is a five-star event! The restaurant is charming with elegant decor, open kitchen, great service and groupings of comfortable high-back orange chairs.

PB Girls Dine began our dining experience with delightful specialty cocktails — as tasty as they were visually pleasing to the eye. Try a Silver Lining (Avion Silver Tequila, St. Germain, Don’s Mix, lime and cinnamon smoke). Or, get playful with a Name Dropper (Plymouth Gin, St. Germain and grapefruit). Of course, the Moscow Mules (Russian Standard, ginger beer and lime) were simply delicious, too.

Our waiter, Kevin Dougherty, was exceptionally attentive and professional. You’ll find the service at The Cooper tops.

The Lunch Menu is superb! We began with the Grilled Spanish Octopus . . . perfectly prepared and very much enjoyed. PB Girls Dine also sampled the Vermont Cheddar and Applewood bacon omelet with wilted spinach, savory herbs, served with an artisan green salad. An order of Pickled Vegetables was lip-smacking good. The Prosciutto and Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich scored a huge hit with our group . . . with pesto vinaigrette and spicy arugula served open faced with roasted peppers and Kalamata olive salad.

And, we cannot forget to mention the enormous Cooper Burger, an 8-oz. butcher’s blend topped with lettuce, tomato, aged Vermont cheddar cheese and secret (shhh) sauce on a grilled challah bun with hand-cut fries.

Since we were celebrating a birthday, we ordered one large dessert with five little spoons. The Cooper Sundae wins our to-die-for award! Picture vanilla ice cream, brûléed bananas, hot fudge, salted caramel, spiced pecans and whipped cream topped with Amaretto cherries!

PB Girls Dine highly recommends The Cooper Restaurant as one of the finest restaurants in Palm Beach County. We’ve enjoyed lunch, dinner, birthdays and happy hours at this exceptional restaurant – always leaving utterly pleased and looking forward to our next visit!
