On a gorgeous January weekday, PB Girls Dine headed to Harbourside Place in Jupiter to check out Bravo! Cucina Italiana Restaurant. With a rare Florida chill in the air, we chose to eat inside although outdoor dining is available. After feelings of déja vu, we realized the resemblance to Brio Restaurant, and learned that both restaurants are owned by the BRAVO / BRIO Restaurant Group. The restaurant is elegant with a lovely bar, plenty of tables and four high tops in the bar perfect for Happy Hour sipping.
We sat at a comfortable corner table and our excellent waiter Darryl brought a delightfully hot basket of bread to accompany our Pinot Grigios! The menu is Classic Italian with Executive Chef Cliff Law in the kitchen on this day.
The lobster bisque was a special on the menu and good to the last drop! The ravioli arrived with a splash of Alfredo, tomato and pesto sauces. There were three on the plate and truly that was plenty for a filling yet exquisite dish.
We then thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend the chopped salad, with just the right amount of house dressing . . . totally fabulous! The lunch menu is varied and has something for everyone. It was time for dessert and Darryl arrived with the dessert tray in hand. It was a difficult decision but we opted for the chocolate bread pudding.
This homemade brioche bread pudding was served with a vanilla bean gelato. It had the consistency of a bread pudding but you would think you were eating a wonderful chocolate cake. Again, we highly recommend!
Bravo! has a Happy Hour that we plan to try next. We hear it gets very crowded, so we’ll arrive early.
Bravo! Cucina Italiana gets a big cheer from PB Girls Dine. We’ll be back!
