PB Girls Dine had the pleasure of lunching at this hotel’s extraordinary restaurant, The Leopard Lounge and Restaurant on a lovely September afternoon.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were were greeted by jet-black polished walls, a stunning bar, leopard-patterned carpeting, a multitude of mirrors and dark plantation shutters allowing sunlight to drizzle into this opulent setting. Once settled in with a fine glass of Pinot Grigio from the extensive wine list, we were ready to experience Executive Chef Gerard Coughlin’s renowned lunch fare.

The lunch menu is simply wonderful. PB Girls Dine enjoyed a superb salad — boasting poached pears, Vermont goat cheese, candied pistachios, golden raisins with a delightful lemon vinaigrette. The Chicken Schnitzel arrived with lemon Béchamel, haricot vert and French fries, and was spectacular! A dish of ice cream with chocolate sauce rounded out an exceptional dining experience.

The service at The Leopard Lounge and Restaurant is impeccable, and PB Girls Dine had the pleasure of meeting Food and Beverage Manager Greg Palmer. We were delighted to learn that The Chesterfield Palm Beach offers a traditional afternoon tea, daily from 1-5pm in the gracious library, in The Leopard Lounge or in the inviting Courtyard.
